Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 12-24 hours to process your order once payment has gone through. Expect an email within 24 hours (MAX) to let you know your order is on the way! If Evan or Sean are not home, we (The Listros) will always let you know if there will be delays, but we typically process orders relatively quickly. If we happen to be out of stock of that item, it takes about 3-5 business days to re-stock from our supplier. We will always have open communication with our fans/customers. 


DOMESTIC (CANADA) SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Deliveries usually take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive. Choose your most convenient option and please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on destination, shipping can take anywhere from as low as 5 business days up to 4-6 weeks or more for an item to be delivered so please be patient. This all depends on the option you choose and the speed of the carrier service. Please reach out if you have any concerns. 

If you do not see your country listed here, send a message to info@thelistrosofficial.com and we will find a way to add it to our international markets. We can also set up a personal draft order for you directly with the cheapest possible shipping option. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Listros Official Merch Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local Delivery is available for any order within a 20 KM radius of our home base in Toronto. Shipping for these is FREE, and no minimum order spend. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 20 KM of our home base in Toronto, ON. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and we will drive it over at our earliest convenience. 


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thelistrosofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
