Cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase ONLY for items we self-fulfill from home, provided the item has not yet been processed for shipping.

This includes 'Into The Otherside' Premium T, Alternate Art T, Both Logo T's and Beanies. All other items are fulfilled by outside suppliers.

Once a shipping label has been created through our carrier (Stallion Express), the order can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
